The TOC and Diplomacy Labs engage Supporting Staff from 5th- and 7th-semester students through an annual open recruitment, running since 2023 and 2024. This scheme offers students hands-on experience in lab management, research activities, and academic events while building teamwork, communication, and professional skills.
