How we govern
IRUD Lab Standard Operational Procedures
At IRUD Lab — Laboratory of the Department of International Relations, Diponegoro University — we maintain clear, structured Operating Procedures to ensure that all lab activities run smoothly, safely, and transparently. Our SOPs are publicly accessible (via short links in our Linktree) and cover key operational domains, specifically:
SOP for Lab Borrowing (SOP Peminjaman Lab HI): This procedure governs who can reserve lab space, how reservations are made, the schedule, rules for use, and responsibilities of borrowers. It ensures fair access and proper stewardship of lab facilities. Here is the Standard Operational Procedures Document.

SOP for Lab Room Borrowing (SOP Peminjaman Ruang): This procedure explains who may reserve lab spaces, how to book them, usage rules, and user responsibilities. QR codes are displayed in the lab so that users can directly scan and follow the reservation process.
SOP for Lab Equipment Borrowing (SOP Peminjaman Alat): This procedure details how to request, check out, and return lab equipment. QR codes make the process faster and more efficient, allowing users to access forms and instructions instantly.
